Excellent doesn’t begin to describe the service, outstanding and incomparable is a much better fit. Jessica is the stylist you’ve been looking for if... you’re looking for a creative professional that can do it all: hair care, braiding, and provide quality service. My appointment started with a thorough wash, condition and blow dry where she assessed the health of my hair and my product usage. She provided recommendations on how to daily maintenance and that’s before we even got to the braiding. She then started my service promptly at 0700 and we chatted and laughed the entire time. She’s such a warm and professional person the time flew by and my hair is gorgeous and just like the picture I submitted. She’s meticulous and gentle. My hair isn’t tight-I slept like a baby- and my girlfriend in Texas wants to fly in for an appointment after seeing my hair. My scalp isn’t inflamed nor does it itch oh and my edges are secure because Jessica made sure to make the braids near my hairline smaller. It’s that kinda detail and quality that separates her from the innumerable braiders in the area and beyond. Jessica is seriously about the art and craft of hair care provides a complete service from start to finish. She provides the hair and booking is easy, simple, and fast. She doesn’t have a 15 page manifesto of what you gotta bring or do to your hair before the service begins. She’s seriously a stylist with a “old school” understanding of hair and customer service. She’s well rounded and a licensed cosmetologist and a licensed braider so she can take care all your hair care needs and looks. I already booked my next service for my braid maintenance. She’s a gem. But Jai, from the beginning, absolutely professional. She made me feel at ease, and answered any questions that I had. We laughed and joked the whole time!
