I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I originally booked an appointment for 7 AM, and the night before — or rather, the day of — th...e provider changed it to 10 AM without notifying me. I arrived on time, only to wait over 50 minutes with no communication. Despite calling both numbers listed — one from the site and one from Instagram — there was no answer. After nearly an hour of waiting, I finally received a response, only to be told she had completely forgotten about my appointment. While I understand that things can come up, the lack of professionalism and communication was unacceptable. Not once during that time did she think to notify me of the situation. To make matters worse, I even called the night before to confirm our appointment and verify the location. I adjusted my work schedule to accommodate her change, and in the end, I could have been working or found someone else to complete the service. I regret not reading the reviews before booking. It’s clear from others’ experiences that this type of behavior happens far too often. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability and professionalism. I’m glad she refunded me I would’ve gladly booked with her again if she simply would’ve communicated what was going on.After I made this review she went in the system and put me as a no show when SHE didn’t show up! If me booking was an inconvenience you didn’t have to accept the appointment. If you had other responsibilities don’t have your bookings open. It’s literally that simple I’m showing screenshots of everything to prove how terrible this service is. DONT BOOK! On this site she has a number listen and she states “ it’s not her number” update that information I obviously many clients have said the same thing. At the end of the day screenshots don’t lie you can try and spin whatever narrative multiple people have had the same experience with you. Show more

I have a busy schedule managing 300 clients as a single individual. I often wake up to multiple bookings simultaneously. Additionally, I have a personal life, and last-minute bookings can disrupt my plans. It's important to note that we only operate with one contact number; I'm unsure about the other number you were using to reach out. In our system, if I am unable to complete a service, I must mark it as a no-show since I cannot cancel it. Please be mindful of the inaccuracies in your statements, as you may not fully understand how the system operates. It seems you are not familiar with how a business functions on Booksy. Your review will not hinder my ability to attract clients. I believe your comments are unprofessional and reflect more of your personal feelings than the situation at hand. I regret that you feel this way, but as I mentioned, I am just one person trying to manage my business. You have been refunded, yet you continue to spread misinformation. the sole issue was my inability to attend the appointment. I am unaware of the other claims you mentioned. You scheduled your appointment at the last minute, which prevented me from being available for the 7 AM slot. It is as straightforward as that. Our business number is 832-525-2964.
